We exited the interstate in Trinidad, Colorado for a few minutes and snapped this photo while passing through town. That's a whole lot of snow!

Fun filled days in Amarillo, Texas. We were stuck there for three miserable nights while we waited for the plows to clear the roads ahead in New Mexico.

Andrew and I went over to Allen and Cheryl's place to visit. Allen and Cheryl were our neighbors when we lived here in Atlanta. We had a good time catching up with them and listening to music.

The next day we went to visit Andrew's other grandmother, Evelyn, in the nursing home. I'm not sure she really didn't know who we were.

Ahhh.. Thanksgiving. An American Holiday devoted exclusively to over-eating. Andrew and I did not join the family for the annual pilgrimage to the Original House of Pancakes for a long wait for a table on hard chairs for the opportunity to eat a fat and calorie laden brunch.
