Our excavator, Pat, is cutting a road and a flat spot to park the trailer on our property. We are staying on his property across the street while this is being done. The snow a few days ago was preceded by two days of rain. Andrew and I have run into all kinds of problems with the trailer, some burnt wiring and lots of plumbing leaks. All in all, it's still a good trailer, it just needs some TLC.
