Please help save internet radio.  Recently, the Copyright Royalty Board has declined to hear webcaster concerns.  The new royalty rates to be paid by webcasters will put most of them out of business.  Nearly all internet radio webcasters WILL SHUT DOWN on May 15th, declaring bankruptcy in the process as the fees are retroactive to Jan 1st.
